Calling Senator Harry Reid a water boy for the Obama Administration and blasting him for helping to shove the odious Obamacare down the throats of Americans, the Las Vegas Review Journal has endorsed Tea Party candidate, Sharron Angle.

The race between Ms. Angle and Senator Reid remains tight. The latest Rasmussen poll shows Mr. Reid with only a one point advantage:
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Nevada shows Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid with 48% support and his Republican challenger Sharron Angle with 47%% of the vote when leaners are included. Four percent (4%) like another candidate in the race, and one percent (1%) are undecided.
This, as they say, is a very big deal particularly since the Review Journal is Nevada’s largest newspaper.
In recent years newspaper endorsements haven’t carried as much weight as they have in past elections, but this Nevada where relying on stereotypes, particularly in Las Vegas, is fool hardy as best.
