If Lynn Dartez is correct, and the AG cannot represent/defend Obama in his citizenship eligibility quagmire AND that a temporary president would have to in place, who would that temporary president be?
It cannot be McCain because he was ALSO ineligible to hold office despite Senate RESOLUTION 511 declaring him to be a NBC!
Under the law ( remember that quaint concept?) who would constitutionally qualify to be our temporary POTUS until an election?
Hillary and Sarah are constitutionally eligible to be president but were on tickets headed by ineligible candidates.

P.S. Can we finally stop talking about Obama’s damn birth certificate? It is a diversion that takes away from the underlying issues that have always been in front of us.
The best case scenario for Obama is his dual citizenship, but that automatically disqualifies him for the office. Under the law, Obama’s citizenship status was determined by his father’s nationality. Since his mother was too young (under current law at the time of his birth) to confer her citizenship to her son, Obama was born a BRIT, like it or not!

Good intention are always fraught with problems. If Obama is removed, and Biden is not (for complicity in a cover up), then steps up Nancy Pelosi (think about that for a moment, scary huh!) unless she to is removed for complicity (remember she certified Obama both at the DNC and as Speaker when the Electoral College met). If then no one can assend to the office it is throwen back to the House of Reprsentatives to decide; until a new election can be held. In senerio it is a concern; but, the bottom line is we need to uphold our constitution and our Constitutional Republic. My personal feelings, based on my research, is that Obama is a complete fraud and most likely is not even a citizen of this country; and therefore the massive cover up of his past from birth to now. He has a lot to lose and those around him, who owe him deeply, will do everything possible to keep his past concealed from the public. While those he is owing to will continue to fund the cover up while seeking to fullfil their agenda. Make no mistake about this is a Conspiracy, with a big C, and there are very powerful people involved from all walks of life. But “We the People” need to stand up and stand firm. God Save Our Nation.

I have given some consideration to the possibility that Pelosi would be called on to temporarily fill the office of POTUS until a new election. Yes, Obama is a complete fraud. The worst part is, he makes Bush look good. I never liked Bush 43, but at least you knew where he stood … no equivocations!
