HISTORY WILL RECORD OBAMA AS A FRAUD UNLESS …
We have 71 days before Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham is sworn in as the next President of the United States. As Barack and Michelle head to the White House to meet with the President and Mrs. Bush, in the background a constitutional crisis looms, one that most of the country is totally unaware exists.
How is this possible? It is possible because the MSM has failed America … betrayed America’s voters, regardless of party affiliation. In the ultimate act of liberal condescension gone amuck, the MSM decided for you that which they felt was relevant during the election and that which was not relevant.
Of course, part of the betrayal was because of the MSM’s insistence that the narrative of the first black American president was going to happen on their watch.
The MSM didn’t have enough faith in America and its citizens to be “grown up” enough to handle the truth about Barack Obama. Why risk that the strength of their arguments and the liberal agenda wouldn’t be good enough to win the ’08 election?
Nope, they weren’t going to chance anything was going to get in their misguided way, including the truth! So, what they did was to simply not report anything that might get in the way of their vision! Lies by omission, that’s how the MSM operates today . . . predators with a cause!
If you voted for BHO listen up, because what is happening behind the scenes will profoundly affect you, and will profoundly affect our Democracy once Obama is sworn in as President. This is not about partisanship. This is about patriotism.
This is about ensuring that that our Constitution is adhered to, respected, upheld for this generation and all that follow.
This is not about the transient figure, Barack Obama, for it cannot be that any one person is held to a different standard or that his or her personhood is greater than our Constitution. Presidents come and go . . . our constant is our Constitution.
Here are the facts:
As of today, Barack Obama and the DNC have not released the vault copy of Obama’s birth certificate. The copy shown on several pro-Obama sites is a valid as the one shown here.
Why is that important? For those who have not been following this, because the Constitution requires that in addition to being at least 35 years of age, a candidate for POTUS must be a natural born citizen and not a “naturalized” citizen. Our Founding Fathers wanted to make sure a person serving as President would not have conflicting loyalties to two countries. That is why Arnold Schwarzenegger can be Governor of California, but never POTUS.
As of today we do not have basic supporting documents that include Obama’s medical records, his college transcripts, a copy of his college thesis, a long list of hidden or obscured areas of his life that have been covered over. Why? What is this man hiding? Why block a lawsuit if there is nothing to hide?
As detailed in a previous post, according to Edwin Vieira, Jr., if it turns out Obama was ineligible from the onset of the election, he faces some very serious consequences, and it seems to me, so too those who assisted in perpetrating this fraud. He says, in part:
SOME OF THE CONSEQUENCES INCLUDE: […] Second, if Obama dares to take the Presidential “Oath or Affirmation” of office, knowing that he is not “a natural born Citizen,” he will commit the crime of perjuryor false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for “the Office of President, he cannot “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” […] Third, his purported “Oath or Affirmation” being perjured from the beginning, Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped “Office of President” will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242, […] Eight, … if the Establishment allowed Obama to pretend to be “the President,” and the people acquiesced in that charade, just about everything that was done during his faux “tenure in office” by anyone connected with the Executive Branch of the General Government, and quite a bit done by the Legislative Branch and perhaps the Judicial Branch as well, would be arguably illegitimate and subject to being overturned when a constitutional President was finally installed in office. The potential for chaos, both domestically and internationally, arising out of this systemic uncertainty is breathtaking.
NOTE: This never happened because the MSM, the Obama sheeples, and the Progressives disguised as Democrats were never interested in THE TRUTH, they were only interested in grabbing power and trying to twist this country into a Socialist Flopocracy! I marvel at my shocking naivete! I can’t believe I thought this could actually happen!

I thought this was kind of interesting. …Clearly the number of people involved in the cover up is astoundingly HUGE and includes hospital officials in Hawaii and the State Dept. This is truly a constitutional crisis beyond pale and if it isn’t resolved this second to my personal absolute satisfaction then everything Satan Obama does from this day forward will remain in doubt thus placing all god-loving Americans in mortal danger. My opinion=history.
BTW Obama has family high up in the Kenyan Government. If he was born there do you truly believe that they would let someone simply fly over and get it? Also, a Jerome Corsi, a journalist attempted to go and was escorted out of Kenya.

Who, other than you and some other bloggers have asked to see Obama’s original birth certificate?
If a court had asked for it, or the DNC had asked for it, or a state board of elections had asked for it, that would be a different thing.
Besides, why provide additional documents when (1) the certification of live birth is evidence that he was born in Hawaii and (2) there is no evidence that he was born anywhere else than Hawaii?
Let me point out that the constant repeating that if Obama does not release his birth certificate he has something to hide is simply lazy. A good, Republican, conservative virtue is not to whine about the other side not releasing information. Instead, it would be energetic and virtuous to go and get the information yourself.
In other words, if you believe that Obama was born in Kenya, prove it.
No, the gandmother tape won’t prove it. I listened to the tape, and it is not clear that she understood the question. It is not documentary proof in any case. So get some documents and we might believe you. It should be easy to prove that Obama’s mother was in Kenya at the time of his birth IF SHE WERE IN KENYA AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH. There would be records of her arrival at the Kenyan airport, archived records which should be open to the public.
If you prove that, you have a case. If you cannot prove it, you leave it to a court to say: “The certification of live birth proves that he was born in Hawaii and there is no proof that he was born anywhere else than Hawaii.”
So, if you think there is evidence, go get it. Otherwise you are likely to lose.
Age 25 to vote? So do you also support raising the minimum age of enlistment to 25, or do 19 year old servicemen not rate the right to vote?

Obama’s mother was 18, purportedly, when she bore Obama, but she had not resided in the United States above the age of majority for ten years. So if, indeed, Obama was the son of Barack Sr. and Anne Dunham (or Stanley or whatever), he is ineligible to hold the presidency. That’s not “maybe,” Chris, and it’s not negotiable. It’s the law.
Second, birth certificates in Hawai’i are only released to the person whose birth is indicated. So only Barack Obama can obtain that birth certificate. It’s not public record.
God, I hate it when people like you are so confidently stupid. This is why morons such as yourself shouldn’t have the vote. And I’m going on record here in general, the voting age should be raised to 25. If you can’t rent a car in the United States until 25 because insurance companies and car rental agents know people under 25 tend to drive recklessly, then you shouldn’t have any part in electing presidents. At best, that comment is a poorly masked attempt at deflection, and a poor rationalization.

Not that I care, but you happen to be wrong about all three things you said. If you really believe them, you need a reality check, if not, you are just a liar. Bush won Florida, period. Obama’s mother was not old enough under the law at the time for her status as a citizen to be adequate for her son to be a “natural born” citizen if he was born outside the US. Finally, Obama’s birth certificate is under seal and he will not release it, hence the lawsuit. The copies he has so far provided have been proven to be forgeries.

Getting your own birth certificate is not the same as getting Obama’s birth certificate.
No worse than a president who doesn’t win a state, but claims their electoral votes, really.
There’s 2 issues with this fear mongering and faulty line of reasoning:
1) His mother was American. He can be born anywhere in the world and be a citizen at birth.
2) Birth certificates are public record. Go get your own if you want it so bad.
